How to Order
There are 3 easy ways to order your 2011 Christmas cards.


How to Confirm Your Personalisation Details
Please ensure that when confirming your personalisation requirements you tell us as much information as you can, including:

Colours
Please tell us how many colours you want your cards printed in. If you require us to make a pantone match please confirm the pantone references required. (An additional charge is made for pantone matching)

Greeting
If you would like a personal greeting please confirm your chosen wording

Signatures
Please email signatures in tiff format or by supplying on a separate white piece of paper to the address below.

Logo
Please email your logo as a high resolution jpg, tiff or in eps format. Alternatively please send a high quality printed version (e.g. a compliment slip) to the address below.

What Happens Next?
Once we have completed your artwork we will email you a proof for your approval prior to print. Cards are delivered week commencing 14th November 2011 unless otherwise agreed, along with your invoice.

When Will I Get My Cards?
Please note deliveries may not commence until week commencing 14th November 2011 unless otherwise agreed at point of order confirmation.

Multi Site Orders
All multi site orders must be received and confirmed by 2nd November 2011 to qualify for multi site discount.

Postage Costs and Envelope Sizes
Please note ALL our cards fit within a standard letter size and can be posted via standard first class post.

Last Posting Dates
Recommended last posting dates are as follows:
International Airmail
South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), Australia and New Zealand:
Tuesday 6th December 2011
Eastern Europe, USA and Canada: 10th December 2011
Western Europe: 13th December 2011
United Kingdom
2nd class: 18th December 2011
1st class: 21st December 2011

Taking Care of the Environment
We understand that protecting our environment is a responsibility we must all take equally so we’re actively working towards reducing the carbon footprint of this festive tradition. The pulp used in the manufacture of all our cards is from renewable timber produced on a fully sustainable basis and the virgin pulp used in the manufacture is bleached by an elemental chlorine free basis (ECF).

We ask that, where possible, recipients of our cards dispose of them responsibly in order that they can be recycled fully, once used, if you need help or advice with this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy and Stock Availability
Notification of out of stock items will be confirmed within 48 hours of order receipt. Stock availability of some card designs may be limited.

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange replacement.

Order Cancellation / Refunds
Please note there may be a small charge for order cancellations if artwork for personalisation has already commenced. Refunds are only offered if goods can not be replaced by 21st December 2011, in all other cases we offer a full replacement service if for any reason you are not satisfied with your cards.
